Specific Roles: Role varies from, but is not limited to: facilitating all communication between every department and company; scheduling rehearsals and costume fittings; taking blocking notation; ensure the smooth running of rehearsals and performances; ensure presetting rehearsal props and costumes as needed for scene work and performances; spiking furniture and scenic elements to execute accurate scene changes; successfully transferring all elements in the rehearsal room to the performance space; coordinating with Marketing for all PR items involving cast and creatives; run fight and intimacy calls for every performance, helping to maintain the overall quality of our productions; keeping accurate and thorough production paperwork; calling the show, including lighting, fog, deck, rail and sound cues (and running sound cues through Qlab); creating and sending out all reports and daily calls; following policies complying with AEA standards.
